1. General information and opening hours

Office hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.

Class times: Variable, with sessions held between 08:00 and 20:00.

Lesson duration: A standard session lasts 45 minutes. Double sessions of one and a half hours are also available.

Group classes: Groups have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 students.

School closures: The school is open all year round, except on national and local public holidays.

2. Enrolment, reservations and payments

Reservation deposit: A deposit of €50 is required and will be deducted from the total course price.

Payment terms: The course must be paid in full before the start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the administration.

Payment methods: Card, cash and bank transfer.

Cancellation and refund policy:

More than 14 days before the course starts: a full refund.

Less than 14 days in advance: the full amount is refunded, less the €50 deposit.

Once the course has started: no refunds will be issued.

VAT: Language courses are exempt from VAT.

3. Teaching materials

The course includes materials developed by the teaching team and supplementary digital resources.

Reference textbooks are not included in the price and must be purchased by the student. These books can be purchased directly from the academy.

4. Placement test

Before starting, students take a placement test to join the most suitable group. The test is free and carries no obligation. It can be taken in person or online:

5. Attendance, punctuality and class changes

Punctuality: A waiting grace period of 20 minutes applies if a student is late. After this time, the class will be considered missed.

Class changes: Students may request a change to their class by giving at least 24 hours’ notice, except in a duly justified emergency.

Teachers: If a teacher is absent, the school will try to arrange a substitute or make up the class at a later date.

6. Monitoring, tutorials and assessment

Ongoing support: Students receive continuous support from their teachers, including personalised guidance and academic tutorials to resolve questions and guide their progress.

Assessment: Learning is assessed continuously throughout the course.

7. Certificates

At the end of the course, students receive a certificate specifying the level reached, the number of lessons completed and their achievement.

Requirements: To receive the certificate of achievement, students must attend at least 80% of classes, comply with the rules of conduct and meet the course’s academic criteria. These certificates do not constitute an official qualification.

8. Minors

The school accepts students who are minors.

Families will be informed of significant absences, and minors must be collected promptly at the end of classes. The school is not responsible for minors outside class hours.

9. Data protection and image rights

Image rights: The Student Handbook informs students that the centre may use photographs and videos taken during courses for promotional purposes or for content on social media and the website, unless the student expressly objects.

Data protection: Personal data will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations. Students may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by submitting a written request to the centre’s administration.

10. Admission, conduct and expulsion criteria

Courses are open to students of any nationality, background, gender, religion or personal circumstances. Admission is subject to availability and the placement test results.

The school reserves the right to refuse admission or take disciplinary action, which may include expulsion without a refund of fees paid, in cases of conduct that seriously disrupts the school community or the normal running of activities, such as:

Serious disrespect towards students, teachers or school staff.

Discriminatory, aggressive or intimidating behaviour.

Intentional damage to facilities or materials.

Repeated breaches of school rules.

Any behaviour that harms the safety or wellbeing of the school community.

11. Student commitments and obligations

Students agree to:

Attend classes regularly and participate actively.

Respect teachers, administrative staff and fellow students.

Behave appropriately and make proper use of facilities, equipment and teaching materials.

Comply with the established attendance, punctuality and payment rules.

Inform the school of any changes to their contact details.

12. Student Handbook and welcome information

The school makes a Student Handbook available to all students, covering operating rules, academic information, administrative procedures, available services and safety guidelines.

On the first day of the course, general welcome information, timetables and operating guidelines are provided to help students settle in.

13. Support for students with special needs

The centre promotes equal opportunities and inclusion.

Students with specific support needs must notify the school before the course starts so that each case can be considered individually and the necessary reasonable adjustments assessed.

14. Satisfaction surveys and continuous improvement

Student satisfaction and progress are assessed continuously through follow-up questionnaires and personalised tutorials. The feedback collected forms part of the centre’s process for continuously improving educational quality.

15. Complaints, claims and suggestions

The school has a procedure for handling complaints, claims and suggestions. Students may submit them in person at reception or by email. All communications are treated confidentially and addressed within a reasonable time.
